👠HIGH HEEL LESSON 1: TRAIN YOUR LEGS, ANKLES, FEET

You need good ankle joint and feet mobility to walk in heels successfully! During this session you're going to learn more ways on how to include mobility exercises that will not only strengthen your balance in heels but also help reduce risk of ankle injury!

* Including get rid of the soreness during and after wearing heels by doing basic exercises to build up strength in lower body to help increase the mobility in your ankles, feet and legs! 

👠HIGH HEEL LESSON 2: POSTURE & POISE TRAINING

High Heels pitch you forward, changing the way you stand, balance and walk.  Having BAD Posture puts strain on muscles overtime trying to achieve upright positioning. During this session you're going to learn the impact of having good vs bad posture and provide you with tons of ways you can perform posture checks, and demonstrations to fix your posture instantly.

* Including learning how to take the pressure off the balls of your feet in high heels by improving your posture and educating yourself on how to wear heels more effectively so you can diminish the negative effects.

👠HIGH HEEL LESSON 3: BALANCE STRENGTHENING

Leg muscles and your core are more active in walking in high heel shoes! You may not think it but going from flats to high platform heels takes a lot of leg strength, balance, and mobility. During this session you're going to learn how to combat pain in ankles and legs by stretching's and lengthening the muscles PLUS to make sure you are stable and have support in high heels.

👠HIGH HEEL LESSON 4: HIGH HEEL TECHNIQUES

To walk in heels is more than putting them on, you have to practice the technique to get an elegant and confident walk! During this session you're going to get rid of the stomping walk in heels and learn how to walk heel to toe.

*Including learning how to rest the heel of your shoe first then the toe. While you rest the heel with one foot the other foot is peeling away from the toe.

* Bend your knees a bit as you walk, but don’t walk with your knees forward.

* Straight body, straight back, look straight ahead and no jumping when you walk, the body just swings from side to side, never up and down.
